Directs a team of 4 graphic designers and oversees the execution of creative vision at a lifestyle retailer operating 600+ stores across the globe. Owns company-wide brand integrity and manages campaigns in support of reward programs, national events, seasonal promos, and brand collaborations with prominent companies like Nike and Adidas.
Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Heads asset development, from social media graphics (TikTok, Instagram) and short-form animations to store signage and catalogs.

- Inherited a design team lacking in standards and processes, quickly establishing new SOPs for all design work and implementing structured workflows (including an Airtable-based workflow now used companywide).
- Reduced national signage rollout time (4 weeks → 3 days) and cut errors 4-fold by redesigning the rollout process.
Event Expansion
- Expanded tour attendance (200 → 3,000+ per stop) over 3 years by annually refreshing brand visuals and scaling asset systems for more locations and sponsors.
